Booking is open for 90 days ahead of the current date - every day a new day of scheduling opens up. This allows flexibility for me as a service provider to schedule vacation or personal time & gives equal opportunity for all clients to book out appointments that fit their schedule. If you prefer a specific day or time every month, please make sure you’re pre booking appointments! Easily book & reschedule via the convenient Square Go app (link to download below).

TUES/THUR morning appointments are available by waitlist request only

My cancellation policy is as follows: appointments must be canceled or rescheduled 48 hours in advance. 100% of the total service fee will be charged for appointments canceled less than 48 hours in advance, and rescheduled appointments in less than this time frame will be charged 50% of the service fee - this fee will go towards your rebooked service.
HOW TO CANCEL/RESCHEDULE:
Kindly cancel or reschedule by text or phone call (410-322-4921) or from the booking site (phone or online is the most efficient way to handle scheduling changes so I see them immediately - please do not request changes via Instagram or email). Appointments may be canceled online up to 48 hours in advance by clicking on the my appointments button on my booking page (AesthetiqueBeautyStudio.com/Booking). If you need to make scheduling changes after that time frame please contact me via phone.
NO CALL/NO SHOWS:
No call no shows will be charged 100% of the service price Plus a mandatory 20% gratuity using the card on file. If your card is declined an invoice will be sent and must be paid within 7 days. If your invoice goes unpaid your next
TARDINESS:
If you are over 5 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, I may ask you to reschedule at my discretion if I feel I do not have adequate time to perform your service. Most of my services include specific processing times and lateness causes the quality of your service to suffer if I cannot adequately meet those processing times. 50% of the total service fee will be charged in the event of tardiness leading to the need to reschedule and this amount will be put towards your rescheduled service. However, unexpected circumstances do happen and I am very mindful of this. Please keep in communication with me at 410-322-4921 if you will be over 5 minutes late.

Make sure that you have created a client profile - all upcoming appointments may be accessed via the “My Appointments” button by logging in with your phone number.

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled from the “My Appointments” button up to 48 hours prior to your appointment. Anything cancelled in less must be done via phone (410-322-4921.). Late cancellation fees may apply.

Begin booking an appointment as normal through the online booking platform - choose the service(s) you’d like to book and click next. Underneath the available dates/times there will be a “join waitlist” button. Click this button and it will allow you to fill out your date/time preference and add a note about the appointment if you wish!
